Project description
Langley were working with John E Griggs & Sons Ltd, to act in the role of project QS at their development, Kings Court in Shenley, Hertfordshire. Langley were brought in to supplement Griggs in-house QS team. We were responsible for the procurement and placement of subcontractor orders, assessment and valuation of subcontractor’s accounts, commercial reporting, and maintenance of project budgets. Langley also worked closely with Griggs in-house team to ensure all subcontractor payments were processed.
