Project description
Langley Construction Consultants acted on behalf of a private individual who found himself in dispute with his builder. The builder had been engaged to carry out an extension and refurbishment of the client’s property. Unfortunately, a dispute had arisen and the builder had walked off site leaving the works incomplete and of a poor standard. The client engaged Langley who reviewed the client’s options and assessed their contractual position. As a result of our input the client was able to eliminate all financial claims from builder, we made a valid counter-claim and he was able to engage other contractors to complete the works.
