Project description
We acted as Contract Administrator and Quantity Surveyor at this extension and full refurbishment of a Grade II listed property. This project presented particular challenges as the design information was developed while the project progressed and the main structure required additional underpinning due to the age of the property. Despite the many design changes, delays were kept to a minimum and the client was happy with the outcome and finished project.
