Project description
This project involved the renovation and refurbishment of a semi derelict former pub in the centre of Watford. Our client was engaged to carry out all structural alterations and internal reconfiguration works. Langley acted in the role of project QS which involved preparing valuations, pricing all variations, procurement of subcontractors, assessment of subcontractors works and issue of payment notices, liaison with the PQS and agreement of the final account.
