Langley Construction Consultants acted as Quantity Surveyor and Project Manager at this prestigious £1m refurbishment of East London Pub Co pub, “The Saxon”.
The works include fitting a new feature staircase, a detailed joinery package, a bar, lighting scheme and full interior refurbishment.
The scheme was a fast-track project and we worked closely with the builder to ensure the programme was maintained incorporating numerous design changes.
