Project description
Langley are engaged to act as Quantity Surveyor for a traditional procurement route project to provide 4500msq2 of new residential space at this development in Balham, South West London. The site is particularly challenging due to the fact it’s positioned in a small and narrow space occupied by a former car repair workshop and between two existing buildings. Langley conducted the tender process and were involved in contractor selection. We have also prepared contract documents, are managing the budget and acting as Quantity Surveyor. Project due to complete April 2022.
