Project description
Redmond Ivie Architects employed Langley to prepare a cost plan for the refurbishment of an existing building to provide new accommodation for a private primary school. We visited the site and carried out a photographic survey of the existing building. Working from drawings provided by Redmond Ivie Architects, we carried out a take off and measurement of the proposed works. We then prepared a priced cost plan which was used by the Architects to agree project budgets with the end user client.
